Tharsus Graduate Project - Episode 1 - Meet the Grads
Sam, Ed and Ant have embarked upon a mission. This mission is to design and manufacture the ultimate Strategic Machine, which showcases the capabilities and talents of Tharsus. In this first episode of the Tharsus Graduate Project, you’ll find out who they are, what makes them tick and most importantly, what this project is really about.
Christine Reid, Project Principal
Christine joined Tharsus having worked previously as a Mechanical Engineer and quickly progressed from Project Manager to Project Principal. As the voice of the customer, Christine plays a key role at Tharsus, ensuring our customers’ products go from sketches to commercially successful machines.
Rebecca Henry, Technical Officer
She’s too modest to tell people, but Rebecca won the EEF Regional Apprentice of the Year award. Since then she’s completed her training and progressed to her current role as Technical Officer. Hear Rebecca talk about how she’s been supported in her time at Tharsus and how no two days are the same.
Richard Ellis, Team Leader
As a Team Leader Richard has a lot of responsibility, but that’s ok, being the super organised guy he is means he’s got it all under control. Hear Richard talk about why he feels like an individual at Tharsus and not just another number and why the continued growth of Tharsus is great for the people who work here.
Liam Harrison, Senior Mechanical Design Engineer
4 years ago Liam joined Tharsus and has progressed to become responsible for a team of engineers. Working on developing new products for customers, he loves solving problems and coming up with solutions. Hear how Liam has been supported in his management development.
