Working at Tharsus is pretty fast paced
and challenging, that’s why we love it.

Technology has changed the world significantly in the last 20 years and the pace of change is picking up all the time. That’s what it’s like to work at Tharsus. We’ve grown significantly in the last few years and our growth rate means we’re constantly evolving and moving forward.

Our work is fast-paced and, as we mention in our Why Tharsus videos, no two days are the same. Building the Smart Machines of tomorrow is a big challenge and we face it head on with great teams full of great people.

We pride ourselves on our culture here at Tharsus. We work hard to make sure that our people know what we stand for, where we’re going and what we want Tharsus to be. When it comes to recruiting new people, we put a lot of effort into understanding if we’re the right fit for the right people.

In terms of benefits, we offer a lot as well. People working at Tharsus get 25 days of annual leave a year plus bank holidays and – because we believe no one should work on their birthday – you’ll always be given your birthdays off as a special extra.

If that’s not enough, we also have an annual leave purchase scheme for those who need or want longer holidays. We’ve got the usual stuff you’d expect from a great employer: a 6% contributory pension scheme, cycle to work scheme and plenty more. When it comes to the things you might not expect, we give you an early finish every Friday so that your weekend starts a little earlier and we subsidise social events.

We put a lot of effort into the training and development programs we offer. As a growing company, there are always lots of opportunities for our people to try something new or to take on different or additional roles with more responsibility. We’ve helped lots of our people to move forward in their careers here at Tharsus. And we believe in career maps, not ladders, so there’s always something to work towards – wherever you’re starting out.
